1. Digital Product Policy

As all our courses are delivered digitally and provide instant access upon purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any digital content, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Downloadable materials

  • Bundled content

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • The course was purchased at full price (not during a promotional discount or bundle sale).

  • There is a technical issue on our platform that prevents you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve it in a reasonable timeframe.

To request a refund, please email us at support@aisimplifiedlearningcours.com with the following:

  • Full name

  • Email used at purchase

  • Course name

  • Reason for refund request

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • You have completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You did not use or access the course.

  • You purchased during a sale or promotional event.

  • You did not meet personal learning goals.

4. Course Access Issues

If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact our support team at support@aisimplifiedlearningcours.com before requesting a refund. We are happy to assist you in resolving any problems.

5. Subscription-Based Products

If any of our offerings are subscription-based (e.g., monthly memberships), you can cancel at any time. However, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
